There is great potential here on the site.... I see that Mike and Holly are connecting. We ought to have a call to talk about next steps. Please add your reflections, it will be meaningful for the members to hear from each of you. Hugs, Brother Jon

I have added the notes from our call to the "group box" in the learning and design circle. You can preview or download them there! Please send me "readings" or any other kind of advance materials that they want to share. Thanks!

Steve -- take a look at my bio as an example (if you click on my picture or name it'll take you to my page). I updated my profile and it can show you where is a good place to add the biographical information you're suggesting. I agree it's essential.

There are few ways to add links to the site. What would be nice is a shared blog. I'm also setting up a community directory for us to share organizational information as well as resources, solutions, etc.

We have a call in about 20 minutes. We can talk about some of this at that time as well. Thanks for your comments!

thoughts for the site
1. some of this is just a learning curve sort of thing, but i had a link to an interesting article yesterday but wasn't sure where i should post things like links to articles. That made me think that a group like this might want to have a growing "reading list" that people could share sort of annotate bibliographies with each other.
2. I admit i haven't played around enough with the site, but i tried chatting with other people who were on-line and either they didn't want to chat with me or the feature is not working (either are a good possibility).
3. Also, i can't figure out how to tell people a little bit more about who i am. i think a little bio section/questions in the profile would be nice to help people get a sense of the others on the network even if they haven't had the opportunity to meet in person. This might also be a nice way for people who will be attending an upcoming LE to get a sense of who else will be there.
4. i like the rotating photos that appear when i log in, that is fun.

This is perfect place Steve to post these kind of comments. I have a few ideas to address your concerns and will add them tomorrow. Take a look at your MyPage as a place where we can make room for personal information. More to follow...
