The Collective Leadership Framework Workbook

Developed for use in the Kellogg Leadership for Community Change initiative, 2002-2008. During this time 11 sites used this inquiry-based framework to develop collective leadership to advance change in their communities. This workbook walks people through the stages and elements of the Framework and illustrates it with stories from the KLCC communities as they engaged in the work.
