Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience

This week I have been participating in a week long seminar Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience (STAR) at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU). When Indigenous People Lead

It was around 4am when I wiggled awake from an alreadey light sleep. I found myself first hazily aware of my surroundings, yet, in an instant, locked in a reality I was not familiar with.
